Fadra has been licensed as a Salesman from 1995 until 2009 when she earned her Broker license and opened First Serve Realty. Bryan and Fadra were both affiliated with a large corporate real estate firm since the beginning of their real estate careers and were consistently ranked in the top 25 out of 300+ agents. They both have extensive real estate certifications working for corporations, banks, military transfers, REO asset management, property management and many traditional sales for family, friends and past customers.
In addition to listing and selling real estate for the past 25 years, Bryan held many positions at his previous firm and enjoyed every one of them although listing and selling are his passion. He has been a Sales Manager, Training Director and also Manager on Duty when called upon. His vast experience and willingness to help people succeed in Real Estate has earned him a great reputation with his fellow associates over the past 25 years. Bryan also has a degree from the University of Southern Califonia in Business & Finance which aids him greatly in his current occupation. Fadra’s previous career in advertising sales and marketing (Media-Print & Radio) covering a tri-state area are a tremendous asset in figuring out what works to get your home sold or leased.
